IFS, Breathwork & Altered States of Consciousness

During this webinar you will learn:

  • How conscious breathing enhances IFS therapy and affects the therapeutic process by fostering deeper connections with clients’ internal parts.
  • How we can use IFS and Somatic IFS for preparation and integration of altered states of consciousness, including breathwork practices and working with psychedelics.
  • How to break through the stuckness in our bodies by integrating IFS, breathwork and other somatic practices like TRE.

This event was live on July 23, 2024.

After you sign up, we will send you an e-mail confirmation and then, up to a few hours, an e-mail with the link to the recording with no time limit.
