This free IFS online course is highly experiential. We will talk about the most important aspects of IFS therapy, but we will focus more on helping you to experience getting in touch with your own parts.

1 video = 1 day

Let’s do this one step at a time. Each day you will watch a video and do an exercise. This will allow you to understand what it’s like to be in touch with your parts on a deeper level.
