This free IFS online course is highly experiential. We will talk about the most important aspects of IFS therapy, but we will focus more on helping you to experience getting in touch with your own parts.

Let's do this one step at a time. Each day you will watch a video and do an exercise. This will allow you to understand what it's like to be in touch with your parts on a deeper level.

Michael Pasterski
Michael is a Certified IFS Practitioner from Poland. He is the founder and CEO of Life Architect, IFS Poland and the Foundation for Conscious Education.
He is the author of "Insight. Road to Mental Maturity" - a book about the skill of looking into our inner worlds. Over the past 10 years, he published more than 400 articles on his Polish blog Michalpasterski.pl, which attracts the attention of more than one million readers a year. You can find an English version of this blog on Pasterski.com.
He leads retreats in Bali and Thailand with a program based on his book. He has a vision for an alternative school that will initiate a shift in the education system and is making the first steps toward this dream.
After work, he loves being a father of a 2-year old Aurelia, enjoys travelling (mainly to south-east Asia) and is an advanced meditator.
