Preparing for the training
The IFS Institute recommends a gap of 6 to 12 months between Level 2 and Level 3 trainings. This period allows for:
- Integration of Level 2 skills.
- Practical application of IFS concepts in your practice.
- Personal IFS work through supervision, practice groups, or therapy.
This preparation ensures you’re ready to engage deeply with the advanced content and experiential nature of Level 3.

Date & time
IFS Level 2 completion is a pre-requisite for this training. The IFS Institute recommends a gap of 6 to 12 months between Level 2 and Level 3 trainings.
We will publish the detailed rules for obtaining the certificate soon.
The training will be conducted entirely in English and will be interpreted into Polish.
Meet the trainer
Ann Sinko
Ann L. Sinko, LMFT, Senior IFS Trainer, has over 35 years of clinical experience and is a licensed marriage and family therapist in Connecticut. She is in private practice, taught and trained Marriage and Family Therapists for 27 years at Central Connecticut State University.
Ann integrates IFS theory and technique into all facets of her creative work with families, couples, individuals and groups. She establishes a safe environment in which clients experience unconditional acceptance. Ann has a background in gestalt therapy, is a systemic thinker and integrates spirituality.
Ann is passionate about teaching, believes that theory is best integrated through experiential learning, and brings a down-to-earth, concrete style and a sense of humor to her teaching. She is also a seasoned world traveler, loves the outdoors, and is an avid gardener.

Enrollment process
- Right now, we’re sending out application forms by email. If you’re interested in joining this training, please sign up for the enrollment list – you’ll receive the form in your inbox shortly. We accept applications until June 26, 2025.
- Once we receive the completed forms that meet the requirements, we’ll select participants either based on the forms or through a lottery, depending on the number of applications. We’ll also create a reserve list.
- On July 9, 2025, we will inform you about the final results by e-mail and ask qualified persons to make the payment.

Details for the edition #1254
Regarding the investment for the training, the price is set at $2.700. We understand that financial considerations are important, and we will be pleased to offer you the option to divide the payment into three convenient installments, making it more accessible and manageable for you.
Candidates for participants will be asked to make a payment by selecting one of the options:
- The total amount ($2,700*) in one payment by July 16, 2025.
- The first payment ($1,080*) by July 16, 2025, and then the rest amount in two installments:
- $810 by August 15, 2025
- $810 by September 16, 2025
*Please note that regardless of whether you choose to pay the full amount upfront or in installments, the $1,080 payment serves as a non-refundable deposit.
The non-refundable deposit for IFS Level 3 Training #1254 is 1080 USD.
If you cancel more than 30 days before the training starts or before the third payment, we will keep the deposit. If you’ve already paid in full, we’ll refund the rest (minus the deposit) within 30 days.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the training or after the third payment, we will retain 80% of the full price. The remaining 20% will be refunded within 30 days.

The training will be conducted entirely in English and will be interpreted into Polish. This will be simultaneous interpretation – meaning the interpretation happens in real-time, without any delay.
In group exercises both languages, English and Polish, will be used. Participants taking advantage of the discount for Polish attendees will be assigned to Polish-speaking subgroups. English-speaking participants will work in separate language groups and their sharings on the forum, as well as the trainer’s comments, will be interpreted into Polish simultaneously.
