Pat Ogden

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

Pat Ogden, PhD, (she/her), is a pioneer in somatic psychology, the creator of the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy method, and founder of the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute (~sensorimotor.org~). Dr. Ogden is a clinician, consultant, international lecturer and the first author of two groundbreaking books in somatic psychology: Trauma and the Body: A Sensorimotor Approach to Psychotherapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy: Interventions for Trauma and Attachment (2015). The card deck, Body of Knowledge: Sensorimotor Practices for Awareness, Regulation and Expansion was published in 2022. Her third book, The Pocket Guide to Sensorimotor Psychotherapy in Context, advocates for an anti-racist perspective in psychotherapy practice.  She is currently working on a fourth book Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for Children, Adolescents and Families with Dr. Bonnie Goldstein. Dr. Ogden’s current interests include couple therapy, child and family therapy, the relational nature of shame, social justice, and the philosophical/spiritual principles that underlie her work.

Coherence Therapy

Bruce Ecker, MA, LMFT, is co-originator of Coherence Therapy, co-founder and co-director of the Coherence Psychology Institute, and coauthor of Unlocking the Emotional Brain: Memory Reconsolidation and the Psychotherapy of Transformational Change; the Coherence Therapy Practice Manual & Training Guide; and two other books and numerous peer-reviewed journal articles. Since 2006 he has driven the clinical field’s understanding of memory reconsolidation as the core process of transformational therapeutic change, and has developed the application of this brain research breakthrough for major advancements in therapeutic effectiveness and psychotherapy unification. He has taught in clinical graduate programs, is a frequent presenter at conferences and workshops internationally, co-leads the Institute’s annual training intensive, leads several ongoing case consultation groups, and leads the Institute’s team of research associates.

Linda Thai

Multi-Modality Trauma Specialist

Linda Thai LMSW (she, her) is a trauma therapist who specializes in cutting-edge brain- and body-based modalities for the healing of complex developmental trauma. As an educator and consultant, she is gifted with the capacity to contextualize, synthesize, and communicate complex and nuanced issues pertaining to trauma, attachment, and the nervous system, including the impact of oppressive systems on identity, mental health, and well-being.

 

Linda is passionate about breaking the cycle of historical and intergenerational trauma at the individual and community levels and deeply believes in the healing power of coming together in a community to grieve. Born in Vietnam, raised in Australia, and now living in Alaska, Linda is a former child refugee who is not only redefining what it means to be Vietnamese, to be Australian, and to be a United States-ian… she is redefining what it means to be wounded and whole and a healer.

Tracy Jarvis

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

Tracy Jarvis, MSc, UKCP, is a registered psychotherapist and trauma specialist, and has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of psychology and mental health. As an Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) trainer, with a specialism in neuroscience, Tracy studies how SP intersects with other trauma modalities such as Deep Brain ReOrienting (DBR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, as well as the interface between science and trauma treatment.

 

More widely, Tracy is a senior consultant to the Division of Psychology and Language Sciences at University College London. She is the former managing director of PESI UK (previously founder and director of Psychotherapy Excellence), a not-for-profit organisation and the largest clinical content provider in the UK and Europe. In addition, Tracy has a specialist private practice in PTSD and complex trauma. She teaches, advises and consults on trauma for various organisations worldwide, emphasising the importance of a bio-directional treatment approach to treating trauma.

Andreia Pacheco, Ph.D., is a Portuguese psychologist and psychotherapist, certified L3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, and an IFS-I clinical approved consultant. She has also completed her Somatic IFS and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) post-advance training. She has a background as a published international researcher and a University Professor and has supported many IFS (L1 and L2) and IFIO international trainings as a Program Assistant.

Michael is a Certified IFS Practitioner from Poland. He is the founder and CEO of Life Architect. He is the originator of this training and a leader of the whole training team.  
Michael is the founder and CEO of Life Architect and a Certified IFS Practitioner from Poland. His work is dedicated to fostering transformative experiences, whether through his practice, the projects he leads, or the communities he supports. He is the author of “Insight. Road to Mental Maturity” – a book about the journeys into our inner worlds. Over the past 15 years, he published more than 400 articles on his Polish blog Michalpasterski.pl, which attracts the attention of more than one million readers a year. You can find an English version of this blog on Pasterski.com. For 10 years, he has led retreats in Bali and Thailand with a program based on his book. Born with a creative spirit, his passion lies in integrating diverse ideas. He is now embarking on a new journey to establish a democratic school in Poland, where freedom of choice, therapeutic tools, and caring individuals will nurture children’s hearts and minds. After work, he loves being a father to his two small daughters, enjoys travelling (mainly to Southeast Asia), dancing and practising Qi-Gong.
