Regulating the Nervous System
In this webinar, we’ll explore how to support nervous system regulation in a trauma-informed way, using grounded, practical tools. Whether you’re just beginning or deepening your somatic practice, you’ll come away with greater clarity and confidence.
We’ll cover:
- What it really means to ‘regulate’ the nervous system in a trauma-informed way?
- What somatic tools are safe and simple for practitioners to begin using right away?
- What are some common misunderstandings when people first explore somatic work in trauma care?
After you sign up, we will send you an e-mail with the link to the recording.
