Sandra Lasek
Sandra Lasek is a psychologist and a coach, as well as a certified staff management specialist with a substantial work experience in this field. She graduated from York University in Canada and Maastricht University in the Netherlands. Moreover, she obtained a certificate in staff management at the Canadian Seneca College. She also completed The Art & Science of Coaching course run by Erickson Coaching International at the Jagiellonian University.
She co-runs group coaching for entrepreneurs of the creative sector at Kozminski Academy and cooperates with a German consulting company as a coach and human resources consultant.
Sandra runs a 3-day workshops in Poland: “Insight”, “Tu i Teraz” and “Kobieca Strona Mocy”, and a 9-day Insight in Bali Retreat. Thanks to her professionalism and warm approach, participants feel very comfortable in the group and are willing to open up.
Psychology and coaching are her greatest passions, so she likes to expand knowledge even in her free time. A fan of Indian cuisine and culture. She likes to be on the move and change perspective because, as she puts it, "I like when there is something new going on around me."
Sometimes when you meet a new person for the first time, you can immediately feel that you are on the same wavelength. That was the case with Sandra and me. Although I never made such spontaneous decisions, after 2 minutes of our conversation, I invited her to cooperate with me on developing community platform for personal development enthusiasts. As it turned out - it was a fantastic decision.
It’s been 3 years since that time, and Sandra has become my closest partner in coaching projects. We run together our flagship 3-day Insight workshop in Kazimierz Dolny in Poland and 9-day Insight in Bali Retreat. I am impressed not only by her knowledge and coaching skills but above all by her open heart, kindness and the aura of absolute serenity radiating from her.
