Michael Pasterski

Michael is a certified IFS Practitioner from Poland. He is the founder and CEO of Life Architect, IFS Poland and the Foundation for Conscious Education.

He has been practicing psychology for 10 years and working for education for 3 years now. He enjoys writing and wrote a 700-page book "Insight. Road to Mental Maturity". He’s the author of one of the most popular Polish blogs on personal development and education Michalpasterski.pl. Over the past 8 years, he has published more than 400 articles on his blog, which attracts the attention of more than one million readers a year. His goal is to change the world education system by creating and providing alternative methods and educational tools. He believes in the effectiveness of individual work with the person and being an experienced coach himself supports the personal development of Polish people around the world.

He set up the Foundation for Conscious Education, which promotes alternative forms of education and support for children with limited access to education.

Michael partnered with IFS Institute and now through Life Architect provides IFS trainings and workshops for people around the globe.

Life Architect is a Poland-based company which goal is to change the face of the education and therapy in the world, in order to take care of a better future for the humanity. The Life Architect team has more than 5 years of experience in organizing retreats in Poland, Bali and Thailand. They also create an online platform with 5, 10 and 15-day online courses about conscious self-development and self-therapy.

IFS Poland is project created by Michael Pasterski. Its goal is to bring IFS therapy to Poland. Michael is running regular introductory workshops for polish therapists and everyone interested in learning IFS.
