A proper introduction to the IFS model lays the groundwork for the whole IFS journey you are about to embark. A solid guidance from an experienced IFS therapist mixed with thoughtful and deep exercises is crucial if you want to feel confident in using IFS in your client’s practice.
We developed this introductory workshop because our community asked for a top class IFS introduction targeted at mental health proffesionals. This workshop will be lead by two certified IFS therapists with experience of assisting on a number of IFS training: Tisha Shull, who is a co-creator of IFS Talks podcast, and David Kitchings.
