A safe and accessible doorway into somatic awareness
Our bodies hold experiences that words alone cannot reach. When we work with people — as therapists, coaches, or helpers — it is often in the body that patterns of stress, trauma, and resilience are stored. Learning to notice and work somatically can open new possibilities for regulation, presence, and connection.
This free mini-course (3 sessions) is a gentle introduction to somatic therapy. Each day offers insights and simple practices to explore how awareness and the body’s natural responses can support healing and change.
It was created by Tracy Jarvis, lead trainer of the Integrating Somatic Techniques in Therapy program.
