See what others say about workshops with Mary

Joining Mary’s live group workshops was such a game-changer for me. She’s got this amazing way of working with a group—keeping things fun, light, and super effective. Mary has a knack for picking the right exercises. Doing IFS in the group setting let me experience exercises that aren’t possible in one-on-one work. It helped me better understand the challenges and motivations that drive my managers.

Mary Kruger continues to offer a wealth of information in a short time period. I would take other workshops that continue this topic because there is so much to learn. Mary does a great job in tailoring the material to make it flow and make sense while keeping with the time allotted.
