1-day Somatic Summit
Are you wondering how somatic approaches to therapy like Somatic IFS, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Breathwork, or Bioenergetic Analysis can help you with healing trauma?
Incorporating somatic work into therapy sessions is crucial for mental health professionals. However, implementing new strategies can be challenging, especially for individuals with a history of trauma who tend to disconnect from their bodies. The task becomes even more daunting with online therapy, as physical distance poses obstacles. To help you move more confidently in this topic, we created a free 1-day Somatic Summit. The Summit comprises six interviews with Janina Fisher, Giten Tonkov, Tamu Thomas, Vincentia Schroeter, and Irina Diankova and the somatic exploration session run by Elia Mrak.
This 6.5-hour Summit was live on August 1, 2023. Summit recordings are no longer available. You can access them only by joining our 3-Month Online Training "Integrating Somatic Techniques in Therapy".
