published by North Atlantic Books.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Somatic IFS is the culmination of her experience<\/b>\u00a0and teaching of various bodywork, movement, spiritual, and psychotherapeutic modalities that facilitate the embodiment of the internal family\u2014the subpersonalities as well as the essential core Self\u2014<b>to bring compassionate witnessing<\/b>\u00a0to the implicit body stories of our individual hurts and societal burdens.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>She offers retreats, workshops and trainings in Somatic IFS to participants throughout the world.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
